2D Lotto, also known as EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize lotteries operated by PCSO since its creation in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO holds EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior announcement is made. Suspension of draws generally takes place during major holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 2D ticket.
- View the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
New Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 2D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage can.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much do I win in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.
Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 2D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Where can I find 2D hearing and probables?
2D hearing, probables or predictions are regularly posted in our Facebook group. Please note that no one can predict the 2D winning number combination. These hearings, probables or predictions are merely for entertainment purposes.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, take note of these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
