2D Lotto (previously known as EZ2 Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout lotteries facilitated by PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the betting public since its inception in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
EZ2 2D Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. During these occasions, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.
PCSO likewise operates draws for each of the five major lotto games three times per week. How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:
- Mark two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 2D result right after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional PCSO Protocols to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 2D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used bet card and old lotto tickets into the garbage bin.

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize system for 2D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet slip.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
Are 2D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the highest 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
