How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:
- Mark two (2) numbers that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, check the 2D result to know if you won the prize.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is Lucky Pick in 2D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
What are my chances of winning a prize in 2D Lotto?
In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the chances of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the chances of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, take note of these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
