2D Lotto (also called EZ2 Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed payout lotteries of the PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the betting public since its launch in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO holds live EZ2 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are normally postponed.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing PCSO 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Pick a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal select the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto players to observe the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or non-winning tickets in the trash cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 2,000.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
