Launched in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed-prize games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO holds official EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Suspension of draws regularly takes place during major holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Select a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 2D result after the live draw to know if you got the winning number combination.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or old tickets in the trash cans.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
What is the schedule of PCSO 2D Lotto draws?

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the bet card to the cashier.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto play card.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
