How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Select two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
New Health and Safety Rules to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 2D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and old lotto tickets into the garbage bin.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet slip to the teller.
What is the price of a 2D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can buy the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variant that allows its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 01-09 and 09-01). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet slip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
