How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Select two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 2D result to know if you won the prize.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play card and old lotto tickets into the garbage bin.

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO usually cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.

In 2D Lotto Standard Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
How much do I win in 2D Lotto?

What does LP in 2D Lotto mean?

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Law.
