Along with 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.
Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts live EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws usually takes place during major holidays.
PCSO also conducts draws for each of the five multi-million peso lotto games three times per week. How to Play 2D Lotto
2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Mark two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed at all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 2D winning numbers in the same order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

PCSO is holding 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
