In addition to 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, and Super Lotto 6/49.
2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was introduced in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular digit games in the country. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO holds live EZ2 2D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally takes place during major holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:
- Pick your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D ticket.
- Check the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed in all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
- Follow social distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Use alcohols or sanitizers before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
What is the schedule of PCSO 2D Lotto draws?

How many 2D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
