These are the complete steps when playing the Swertres Lotto:
- Select your Swertres number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed Swertres Lotto ticket.
- Check the Swertres result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
One Swertres combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

How to win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

PCSO is conducting Swertres Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
Can I play the same Swertres combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Swertres combination shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Swertres combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) Swertres draws.
Are Swertres Lotto winnings taxable?
Swertres Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the Swertres ticket?
Swertres tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their Swertres tickets.

To claim Swertres Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
