How to Play 2D Lotto
PCSO 2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Mark two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed at all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to minimize the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.
How many 2D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet slip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
