How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Mark two (2) numbers that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.
One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old tickets in the trash cans.

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 2D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player receives PhP 4,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player wins PhP 2,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How much do I win in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you got the winning combination in any order.
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
