2D Lotto (previously called as EZ2 Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout games facilitated by PCSO. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Select two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
What are the odds of winning a prize in 2D Lotto?
In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the chances of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
September 7, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
