How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:
- Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you chose.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
New Health and Safety Protocols to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to observe the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 2D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player takes home PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much does a 2D Lotto ticket cost?
A bettor can buy the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play card to the cashier.
How do I claim my 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, consider these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
