Since its launch in July 2004, EZ2 Lotto (2D Lotto) has become one of the most widely played fixed-prize games accross the Philippines. PCSO has fixed the prizes of EZ2 Lotto to PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts 2D EZ2 Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are regularly suspended.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the five major games three times per week. How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Playing PCSO EZ2 Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Pick a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on an EZ2 playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system select the EZ2 number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the EZ2 result after the scheduled draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
Each EZ2 number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing EZ2 Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by EZ2 players nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be applied in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when buying EZ2 tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
EZ2 Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
EZ2 Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In EZ2 Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

EZ2 FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about EZ2 Lotto
How to win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Who are permitted to play EZ2 Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the EZ2 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the EZ2 ticket?
EZ2 tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their EZ2 tickets.
What is Lucky Pick in EZ2?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically pick the EZ2 number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
