3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular digit games in the country. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds live Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Cancellation of draws generally occurs during major holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Choose the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used play card and old lotto tickets into the garbage can.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
