2D Lotto (previously called as EZ2 Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed payout lotteries operated by PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the betting public since its introduction in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

How to Play 2D Lotto
2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Select a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto play slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 2D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be observed at all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Follow social distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to decrease the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What is the schedule of PCSO 2D Lotto draws?

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
