EZ2 Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was rebranded in 2019 as “2D Lotto” and has become one of the extremely popular fixed-prize lotteries in the Philippines since its creation in 2004. There are two plays in EZ2 Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto

To play EZ2 Lotto, follow these detailed steps:

  1. Mark two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your EZ2 combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly select the numbers for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
  4. Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. See the EZ2 result after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.

Each EZ2 combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.

How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy EZ2 tickets.
  2. Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
  3. Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
  5. Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Put away your used bet card and non-winning tickets into the trash can.

EZ2 Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

PCSO airs EZ2 Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.

How many EZ2 draws can I play in advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your EZ2 combination shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you chose.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen EZ2 entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) EZ2 draws.

What does LP in EZ2 mean?

The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically select the EZ2 number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket once it is accepted by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet card to the cashier.

Is 2D Lotto the same as EZ2 Lotto?

PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Hence, this site still uses ‘EZ2’ in some of its articles when referring to 2D Lotto.

To claim EZ2 Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
