Since its inception in July 2004, 2D Lotto (EZ2 Lotto) has become one of the most broadly played fixed-prize games accross the Philippines. PCSO has set the prizes of 2D Lotto to PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are regularly canceled.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Select a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system select the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 2D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage bins.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Are 2D Lotto winnings taxable?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the highest 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the playing card to the cashier.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, take note of these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
