- Choose two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Are 2D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
2D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the highest 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are taxable.

In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the chances of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you picked.
