How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Select two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player takes home PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

PCSO holds 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 12-25 and 25-12). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto play card.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 2D winning numbers in the same order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
