How to Play Swertres Lotto
Swertres is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the Swertres Lotto:
- Choose three (3) numbers that will compose your Swertres combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, check the Swertres result to know if you won the prize.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Swertres ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by Swertres Lotto bettors in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy Swertres tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

A player can purchase the Swertres Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How much do I win if I match all the Swertres winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variant that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet slip.
