How to Play Swertres Lotto
PCSO Swertres is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the Swertres Lotto:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system select the Swertres number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the Swertres result after the scheduled draw to see if you matched the winning number combination.
One Swertres number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Swertres ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by Swertres bettors in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be implemented at all outlets in the country.

- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.

Swertres Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that lets its players receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet card.
Are Swertres Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
Swertres winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the maximum Swertres prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the Swertres ticket?
Swertres tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their Swertres tickets.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket after it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the bet slip to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
