Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Choose three (3) numbers that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, check the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that allows its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet card.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the day.
Are Swertres Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
Swertres prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the maximum Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the Swertres number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
