How to Play Swertres Lotto
To play Swertres Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Mark three (3) digits that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the Swertres result to see if you won the prize.
Each Swertres combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Swertres ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.

PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by Swertres Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to place Swertres bets.

- Bring your own pen.

In Straight or Standard Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the playing card to the cashier.

You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.

Are Swertres Lotto winnings taxable?
Swertres Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the maximum Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
