Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was renamed in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the most popular digit games accross the cuntry since its launch in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
3D Swertres Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO Swertres Lotto:
- Select your Swertres number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated Swertres Lotto ticket.
- Check the Swertres result right after the scheduled draw to know if you won a prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Swertres ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
Important PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by Swertres players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase Swertres tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.

In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the Swertres number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

Who are allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variant that lets its bettors win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the Swertres playing card.

To claim Swertres Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
