Recently rebranded as 3D Lotto, Swertres is one of the oldest of all fixed payout games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds official 3D Swertres Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally occurs during major national holidays.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the Swertres game:
- Choose your Swertres number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated Swertres ticket.
- See the Swertres result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
Each Swertres combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires Swertres players to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing Swertres bets.
- Bring your own pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to throw away used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
Swertres Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
Swertres Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In Swertres Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I void an entry in the Swertres play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
Are Swertres Lotto winnings taxable?
Swertres Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the maximum Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you choose a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the Swertres play card.
Is 3D Lotto the same as Swertres Lotto?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
Where do I go to claim my Swertres Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the Swertres draws today, consider these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim Swertres Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
