How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:
- Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used playing card and non-winning tickets into the garbage bin.

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Is EZ2 Lotto the same as 2D Lotto?
EZ2 Lotto has been rebranded as 2D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Hence, this site still uses ‘EZ2’ in some of its articles when referring to 2D Lotto.
Are 2D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the maximum 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 11-06 and 06-11). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto playing card.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the cashier.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
