2D Lotto, also known as EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most favorite digit lotteries conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

PCSO conducts live EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Suspension of draws normally takes place during major holidays.

PCSO also operates draws for each of the five multi-million peso games three times a week. How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:

  1. Select two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly choose the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
  4. Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
  6. Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
  7. View the 2D result after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.

Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 2D Lotto bettors nationwide.

  2. Observe social distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
  3. Use your own pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
  4. Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
  5. Apply sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Use the garbage cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or old tickets.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?

2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.

What does LP in 2D Lotto mean?

The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.

To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
