How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
