How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:
- Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.

- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Are 2D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
2D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the maximum 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are taxable.
Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.
Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
