Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO holds EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior announcement is made. Cancellation of draws regularly happens during major national holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:
- Select two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 2D result to see if you won the prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Important Protocols to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to observe the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used bet slip and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
